RallyMe was founded in 2012 by Bill Kerig, a Salt Lake City-based sports entrepreneur, author and filmmaker. After assembling a stellar team that included Whitney Childers, Tim Ruppert, Scott Zeller, and Will Cutting, RallyMe launched on Nov. 1, 2012.
Focused first on helping Olympic caliber athletes raise funds to pursue their gold-medal dreams, RallyMe grew, over the next four years, to become the Official Fundraising Partner of 30 National Governing Bodies and many large youth sports organizations. Extending its reach to include all sports and any level of participant, RallyMe has raised millions of dollars for thousands of athletes, teams and athletic organizations.
In 2016, RallyMe was acquired by SportsEngine, a member of the NBC Sports Group.
RallyMe was born with the belief that youth sports are a potent educational force that positively effect the lives of millions of young people, and that no child should be prevented from participation because of a lack of funds. That vision lives on and is being taken to the next level by the SportsEngine team.
