*Please check out my video to learn more about my skeleton and ski halfpipe training and competitions in preparation for the 2018 Games. A little of the information is outdated, as it refers to my plans for the 2014 Games. However, the video should still give you a good idea of my sports and life*

My Story and Why
Hello! Just inches off the ice, I slide headfirst down a bobsled track at speeds of up to 85mph. I also reguarly train at one of the biggest ski halfpipes in the world. I am a competitor in two sports- skeleton and freestyle halfpipe skiing, and hope to compete in the 2018 Winter Olympic Games in Korea. I hope that my involvement in skeleton and skiing helps inspire others to pursue their own dreams, whether they are athletic or other life dreams.
What I Need
While I am grateful to compete internationally, I currently do not receive any company or national sponsorships or funding. I work at a few jobs to pay for expenses, however these can add up quickly. So, I am in need of additional support to help to continue to train and compete at the elite level, internationally.
Here is a breakdown of expenses for this season:
-Skeleton Ice Fees: $2,00
-Ski Season Fees: $3,000
-Skeleton runners (steel blades at the bottom of my skeleton sled): $200-$700 each.
-New skeleton helmet: $650
-New Skis: $300
These are the freestyle ski contests and international skeleton races that I have competed at recently:
Freestyle Ski Halfpipe World Cup- Breckenridge, Colorado (January 2014)
Freestyle Ski Halfpipe World Cup- Calgary, Canada (January 2014)
Freestyle Ski Halfpipe World Cup- Copper Mountain, Colorado (December 2013)
