Im a senior and I have ran track all 4 years now, and i'm helping raise funds for our team so we can get equipment to help with our training. 

Welcome to My Rally Campaign

• Hello, my name is Dennis Stokes. I am the head track and field coach for Lake Norman hs in Mooresville, NC. 

Why I'm Raising Funds

• We are raising funds to purchase new equipment. We need to upgrade our High Jump, pole vault, hurdles, and long/triple jump pits to help our athletes prepare as well as compete to win championships. With our high jump set up it's almost 10 years old, our blocks are the same age, some maybe older. We have hurdles that have been bent or screws are falling out. We need new standards for for our pole vaulters as they are reaching heights higher than the standards that we have now. For the pole vaulters that are regional and state qualifiers they have to practice off site to get the neccessary practice in due to our lack of equipment.

How I Got Here

• I am currently in my second as year as the Head Track coach. During my first season the boys won the conference, placed 3rd at the regional, and finished 17 overall at the state track meet. Our girls placed 4th overall for the conference championship, but we are setting our sites on winning it this year. The majority of letter winners return and that should have us in contention to win it.
